How do you handle security and compliance?
The portal implements staff MFA, assigned access, member sharing controls and security events. HIPAA compliance and a SOC 2 examination are launch requirements with verification still pending. We will provide the applicable agreements and verified scope as they become available.
Do members have to share everything with their care team?
No. Members control the categories of information they share. Staff access also depends on organization membership and care-team assignments. Brand administration does not automatically grant access to member health records.
