How much does it cost? Is there a setup fee?
We quote the setup and ongoing service together, based on your branding, workflows, integrations and support needs. Contact us to discuss your project; fees and what they cover will be clear in your proposal.
Are there long-term contracts?
The service term, support, renewal and cancellation arrangements are agreed in your proposal. We’ll talk through those details before you commit.
Will we have our own branded app and portal?
That is the core package: a customer-branded iPhone app and a dedicated web portal. We agree your app identity, portal address and release requirements as part of the project. W89 handles the development and release work with your team.
Which devices and platforms can you integrate?
We build connections for Apple Health, Apple Watch, Garmin Connect, Fitbit, Oura Ring, Withings and Strava, plus lab-report imports, practice systems and specialist health devices. The data, vendor access and rollout are agreed for your project.
